Victory Day was celebrated with due dignity at Bangladesh Digital University . On the occasion of 16 December 2024 (Monday), various programs were organized throughout the day. Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. hoisted the national flag at the academic building at sunrise. Muhammad Abu Yusuf. At 08.00 am, tributes were paid to the martyrs of the Great War of Independence by laying wreaths at the National Memorial under the leadership of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor.

Meanwhile, the honorable treasurer of the university, Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain, Registrar Muhammad Ataur Rahman Khan, Chairman of various departments, Proctor, Provost of Student Hall, faculty, officials and employees were present.

After offering the wreath, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor remembered with deep respect the brave freedom fighters, language martyrs, martyrs of the 90's mass uprising and the student movement of July-August and prayed for their souls.

Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor said that we should not forget the blood debt of those who made various sacrifices for the country and gave their fresh blood in the great freedom war.

 After placing the wreath by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, the University Officers' Association also placed a wreath.

On the occasion of Victory Day, students of Kaliakore university halls led by the principal offered wreaths at 11 am.

In addition, various sports are organized in the university halls, academic and administrative buildings, halls are illuminated and elaborate banquets are organized for the students in the halls at night.
